Pate de conopidă cu nuci (cauliflower dip with walnuts)

- blender
- 1 cauliflower head
- 100 g walnuts (shelled)
- 1 garlic heads (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard ((not spicy))
- salt
- 1 liter water (for boiling)

break up the cauliflower in florets and boil it in 1 litre of water with salt, for about 10 minutes

pull the cauliflower florets out and place them in cold water to stop cooking

place the cauliflower florets, mustard, oil, walnuts, salt and (optionally) chopped garlic in a blender and blitz until you obtain a smooth, silky cream
